Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before you book.

Visas

How long does visa processing take?

Typical timelines: Umrah visa 3–7 working days; UAE visit visa 3–5 working days; Turkey e-visa 1–3 working days; UK and Schengen 3–8 weeks depending on embassy workload and season. These are estimates — embassies control the final timeline, so apply as early as possible.

What documents do I need for a visa application?

It varies by country, but commonly: valid passport (6+ months remaining), photographs to specification, bank statements, employment or business proof, and travel itinerary. When you inquire, we send you a precise checklist for your destination and handle the formatting requirements.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No agency can — approval rests solely with the embassy or issuing authority. What we do is prepare your application to the strongest possible standard and flag any weaknesses before submission, so you apply with a realistic picture of your chances.

Payments

What are your payment terms?

A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due before tickets and vouchers are issued. Every quote is itemized in writing, and every payment is receipted. For group Umrah bookings we can arrange installment schedules — ask your consultant.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer is preferred. Other methods can be arranged — confirm with your consultant when booking. We never ask for payment to personal accounts; always verify account details directly with our office.

Cancellations & Refunds

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Refunds follow the rules of the airline, hotel, and visa authority at the time of cancellation. We recover whatever the suppliers allow and refund it after their deductions. Visa fees are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted. Your quote always states the cancellation terms before you pay.

What if the airline changes or cancels my flight?

We handle the rebooking for you at no service charge and pursue any compensation or refund the airline owes. This is one of the main reasons to book through an agent rather than directly.

Umrah Packages

What is included in an Umrah package?

Every package includes visa processing, return flights, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and airport/intercity transfers. Higher tiers add closer hotels, private transport, guided Ziyarat, and 24/7 on-ground assistance. See the package comparison for details.

When is the best time to book Umrah?

Book 2–3 months ahead for normal season, and 4–6 months ahead for Ramadan, when hotels near the Haram sell out early and fares rise sharply. School-holiday periods also fill fast.

Can you handle elderly travelers or those needing assistance?

Yes. We arrange wheelchair assistance at airports, hotels with minimal walking distance to the Haram, and ground-floor or elevator-accessible rooms. Tell us the needs when you inquire and we plan around them.
